Homeschooling and Languages of Love
Homeschooling and Love
I think these are great to be reminded of.
My daughter wrote me about these and I think they are awesome! She wrote “It’s a good book – I read the one about the 5 languages in marriage a few years ago – it’s by Gary Chapman.”
The Five Languages of Love:
Affirmations (being told loving things)
Quality Time (he makes the point of stopping what you’re doing and looking your child in the eye when they come to you with a question or want to talk)
Physical Touch (hugs, etc – but not in public unless your child gives signals it’s OK!)
Acts of Service
Gifts.
